hello please help with some torque fig's

ive daffley stripped my freelanders rear diff but iam now stuck
i have a workshop manual but no were in the hundred's of page's does it say wot the torque setting's for the crown wheel bearing caps R does any 1 know.

finding an info to my problem is like finding hens teeth am sure i am not the only one who was to tight to pay a garage!

what-ever you do Do not do anything to the hair dryer. don't bother with the diff its not like you can do any Real mud plugging is it? Just remember it not a proper land rover.

just a thought , does your manual give list of settings by bolt size? some do . if not hold out some of our engineering types will prob know

your right it's like a car with big tyre's could be worse could have had a bmw x3 instead of a gaylander
as for the diff iam replacing old bearing's & oil seal's

the manual dose for the gearbox & ird i l thought of that but was holding out for the right figs as i could nak the alloy case.
this came about from a clunk at the rear some say diff mounts i replace them end of last year with poly's along with all rubber suspention bushs part from the anti roll bar (bolts are a twt) so just replaced vcu & prop uj + rubber boot & diff bearings + oil seals hoping to stop that clunk pus oil leak on ether side of the diff
