Just bought our first 4x4, a 1996 Range Rover DT off of eBay, collect it sometime during the week all being well, so no doubt when I get it home I will have LOADS of questions to ask!

Brave man buying blind off ebay. Done it myself for my last three cars & it's worked out ok for me, but see the horror in peoples faces when you tell them. I was seriously tempted by a diesel Rangie, but ended up going for a TD4 instead, most people on this forum detest the Freelander but I like it. Good luck to you with your steed & hopefully it won't have anything too serious wrong.
