hello gents ,series 3 new project.help please

Hello chaps, I am in need of help .bought a series 3 cheap but there are a few issues, gears are a bit dodgy namly 1st and 3rd.there are numerous wiring issues and leaks. I need to source a gearbox and find out can I buy a wiring loom or a wiring diagram I can make sense of . If anyone can help that would be great but otherwise i would just like to say hello all!
