Hi everyone,thought i would join up and say hello.My real name's Ian and i live in North Kent.
Ive wanted a Landy for years,but house,kids etc etc all got in the way,im hoping i may be soon in a position to fulfil my wishes.
Ive spent the past 18 months on and off working on the other half's 1968 VW Beetle,found in a local garage,loads of mechanical stuff,bit of a pain in the arse to work on but we got there in the end, i figure a LR should be relatively easy by comparison.At least she cant moan after all the time ive spent on her car!!!
Ive not researched much as to what model to go for basically i think i would prefer a swb 70s/early 80s.
Recommendations and tips all welcome.
