Hello from West Yorkshire

Hello to you all, I have been toying with the idea of buying a Landrover for over ten years and at last I have got one (well next weekend), I am getting a Series 3 109 Pickup. so I thought I better do some more detailed reading and ask you kind folk many questions (some daft ones Im sure).
A good friend who has owened landrovers for many years has told me what is coming my way with a very big smile on his face, so I look forward to getting my hands dirty in what will be a love hate relationship with her:fencing:.
Are there any clubs or groups in the West Yorkshire area?

No idea about clubs but if you intend to do laning the West Yorkshire lot go on this thread (I know it says North Yorkshire )

thank you for your warm welcome, been put on the back foot today the chap selling the landrover is having second thoughts, but never mind there is a landrover out there with my name on it, watch this space,

At last Mary has arrived, she is a LWB series 3 pick up, I am going to have a look round her today to see what suprises she holds, so if anyone in the pontefract area is going green laning over the next few weeks drop me a reply I would love to join you
