Hello Everyone

Hiya folks I'm brand new to Land Rover ownership having just acquired a nice Freelander 1.8 SE 2005 model
Only issue is the gear stick knob is so worn I can't actually see the gearing

Its a landrover freelander 1.8 manual 2005 with an 05 reg. Does anyone know which gear knob I would need to replace the worn one with ?
Also I have short legs and arms and could do with a longer gear stick lever , is this a possibility ?
