Hi my name is phil and im new to the site as you can proberly tell, i should proberly start with explaning user name, im also a ford fan, im sorry but i love to get muddy in my landrover but i also like my fast fords as i seid im sorry to lower the tone.
Putting that aside i would like to hear from anyone who can help me with infomation on greenlaneing, if posible if there are any trips i could atend happening late may as i should be back from afganerstan by then.

Keep safe, My mate lost his grandson recently on merseyside, them lanterns made everyone cry, you had to be there to realise the worlds got more good than bad. Dam good bloke too

im sorry m8 fords are not in the same league as a landrover in the muddy stuff on a rally stage yes but not if you realy want to go off roading lol
 
im sorry to hear that we are losing a lot of good lads and lasses out here and yes im in the army, im in the 2nd royal tank regiment m8 i get to play with some big toys, i think you can see were my love of off roading and landrovers comes from lol
 
might be OK on the prairie, no good in the bush unless you gonna fell a lot of trees, damn things are too big, then there is the turning circle:eek: more trees to be removed:D:D:D


Do a Y turn. big snow or mud no problem. goose neck trailer 20,000 lbs on it is like pulling a toy on a string:D:D:D:D

took great pleasure in watching that get stuck in bakersfield CA. it rained slightly during the day and it got its self stuck fast. - a pidly wee wrangler had to come to its aid 4k of fox shocks - 1ft lift , big ass BFGs- getting stuck - priceless .... even our silverado got through - its RWD only and went sideways with us pinning it to get over it !
 
thems stupid cones we have to stick out while on site - idea is we have to walk round the vehicle to collect em - thus inspecting it and surroundings ... reality - folk drive off and forget about them then have to stop and pick them up !
