I have found this site helpful and quite amusing since joining, and best of all the language and tone of reply can be offensive to the weak hearted, personally I think that the majority on here are here to help and also to learn a thing or to about their vehicles.

I totally get the reasoning behind the rules and without the use of the knowledge supplied from these forums I would have been facing a £500+ bill to sort the locking out on a Discovery 3 I have just sold. Obviousley I wanted to use the forums for sale section or I wouldnt have asked but happily my next step was to post in the common faults and explain my findings on the fault and repairing it.

Im a typical bloke from Wolverhampton being forced to watch Eastenders so decided to pick the laptop up...Glad I did.

See. This is a fine example of why I don't post here anymore. You try to have respectable discourse, but somebody always starts with the **** taking.

If you complain about it, it only fans the flames and nobody will listen your logical explanations as to why this site is sh*te. Some will say that it is only banter and then you HAVE to respond that.

And that's when you realize you've been trapped.
