Hello and good evening

Hi all
After several years of 4x4 and MPV ownership my wife and I decided to try out "normal" cars, if you can call a Saab Aero convertible and a Saab Aero (250bhp) estate normal, but we both missed the driving pleasure of a 4x4 so we have sold both Saabs and bought ourselves a couple of 4x4's. My wife has chosen a Freelander V6 auto and I (for my sins) have bought a Jeep (sorry )
Anyway I am sure that you will all heckle us for both of our choices but I have thick skin, so go ahead and make my day . I am certain that I will have some questions to ask so please be kind and gentle with us.
If it helps, we used to own a Range Rover Vogue LSE several years ago and to be honest there have been many occasions that I have regretted selling it, I should have just replaced all the air suspension components, then it would have been a reliable car.... Such is my luck
I am looking forward to belonging to this website, from my readings so far it seems to be very friendly and informative, and I want to say a big thanks for all the contributors that I will rely upon in the future.

Fortunately we have developed roads where we live, several hundred years ago actually, so we can drive comfortable cars with real coil springs

Several freelander owners on here mate, great cars (we have one) but not really a true off rd motor. (we also have a disco). This is a LAND ROVER site so don't expect much help with a jeep BUT i'm sure if you need any advice with the freelander someone on here will tell you wot to do with it

I had a saab once only once thankfully everything reported that goes wrong with them went wrong so was reliable in that respect. The best thing about it was getting out of it and closing the door and walking away from it. I am not surprised the company is going t*t* up. The car was absolute rubbish.
