hi there, big country France.
the two main routes below paris, A10 (toll road 80mph) onto the N10.
try and go around paris, if you hit it at the wrong time its almost grid-locked. Not nice in a tractor!! Have fun! Sounds brilliant..

Sounds like a plan Mark, it's making me very envious. My three girls are either at University, in school final year exams or mid year exams. So absolutely no chance of following in your tyre tracks! That's going to be a trip of a lifetime for your daughter. Good luck and make sure to post some pictures of your travels here in Loonyzone

ey up mark, its mark! I wouldn't know... I only know the two roads I gave will take you straight through France to the border of Spain.. We live just above Bordeaux and have never gone past arcachon, biggest sand dune in Europe!! So anywhere after there is your oyster world thing man! Limited help... Sorry

Hi Mark can you tell me is wild camping a problem this time of year in france i am planing to stay in the 110 and some website say strictly no wild camping ??

on the main routes there plenty of "aire de loisirs" overnight parking areas. Some with toilets. Some are marked for camping also. Some The main trunk roads are quite long here so places for people to stop and catch a few are quite common.

possibly no wild camping because of littering, nothing implied and its probably some buggers land... :D
also camp fires! Out of season fires are seriously frowned upon.. Dry ground an trees 'n shït..

it could depend on the region?
simple expample, not related unfortunately..
a place called bricomarche.
b+q equivalent..
two in neighbouring regions both sell different stuff! Both the same name.
yours is a very good point turboman.

Thanks Mark I'm looking to stay in my 110 in all of the countries I'm planning to go to france then into belgium, luxembourg,Germany,Liechtenstein,Switzerland,Austria and italy if I'm respectful in my choice of places and as i all ways do leave it the same or better that when i got there I'm hoping there will be no issues are all fires a bad idea i use a frontier stove a lot would this be a bad idea
