hello all landy loving lady new to the forums

I have had a 97' defender 90 for year now and have wanted one for as long as i remember and loving it. I recently joined this forum as well as the land rover owners forum as your websites proved so helpfull when trying to figure out fitting new glow plugs (this cold weather obviously proved to much :blabla . I love my landy though being a woman it does not come second nature how to fix it. I am learning as much as i can and really enjoy the mechanics of it as well as the driving.
Well just thought i'd add a little about me. I am a zoology student who loves all country sports and i got the landy to allow me to offroad for my favourite hobby, falconry. I am out most days hunting rabbits and such things with my hawk and the landy has helped me hugely getting to better land. I come from east yorkshire although i travel all over the country hawking and spend my summer in south wales working with birds of prey.

I look forward to getting to know local and likeminded people on here, I presume many on here i may have also said hi to on the the other forum.
