Just finished fitting my new fan heater switch and control cable to my 110. No diffrence, fan still not working, has to be the resistor or motor brushes that are stopping it now. Fuse is fine and power at fan wires. I did find one problem though when fitting the new cable onto the fan box mechanism. The amount of "inner" cable that you have sticking out from the outer cable is not enough to attach the inner cable to the operating arm on the side of the the fan box. If you lift the arm up and down it travels a long way between fully open and fully shut. I had to cut off about 40mm of outer cable in order for it to fit into it's spring clip and allow the inner cable to reach the arm when it was fully lifted up. It now fully opens and shuts the side arm operating flap.

Next question, in the cab on the dashboard, the heater operating lever that is on the right hand side which is for directing airflow up or down. Wher does the end of this cable go to? I have not looked properly but does it feed down inside the dashboard and connect to a control lever under the dash somewhere? I need to find this one and get it sorted out as it is siezed with the lever fully down. Just ran out of time today.

if ye look at the thread ye posted up that Ah replied to, ye'll see it comin' up out of the lower dash in front of the right hand hole...
