Hi all,

As the title says, no matter where I set the heater controls the air is directed to the windscreen.
Could it be the control box itself or a motor gone? If anyone could give me some pointers on how to diagnose the problem that would be great...

Thanks in advance.

Do you have the "book" symbol on the control unit? Sounds like a stuck distribution servo motor. Diagnostics would confirm.

Yes I do have the book symbol, the Ac does not work so I thought that is what was causing it.
I guess the distribution servo motor won't be easy to get to and check..what code readers suit the car best?

Bigeeeee - does the dashboard net to come out to check the flaps operation - hope not, had it out to do the heater matrix o rings a couple of years ago.

The best is a nanocom evolution. Not cheap but will connect to the cars systems. Where abouts are you someone maybe near that could help you out

Nanocom is the best.
Lots of info on blend motor problems if you do a search.

Nanocom diagnosed it for me.
