Heater stopped working!!!

Hi guys,
The other day started my landy and when i tried to switch on the heater there was no response! It was working perfectly fine the day before. It appears to be completely dead!

Does anybody no wat the problem could be?

Thinking possibley fuse maybe, i realy dont hav a clue!!!

seeing as your a "mechanical engineering student" you must have some idea ?

open the bonnet, check the physical cable linkage to the heater. usually they come loose and do no pull to contact when you move the levers from you dash.

If yer mean electrically dead an it int the fuse try the lectric junction connector type thing near the heater motor to see if you got lectrics getting to that, if you ant have a look at the switch to the left of the steering wheel it's just a bit of springy copper to make the contact. If you have got power to the heater motor it sounds like the motors packed in.

If its owt like mine was, you could possibly find you motor housing half full of water therefore buggering the motor and blowing the fuse.Only remedy is to replace the lot, but small hint, drill a smill hole in bottom of motor housing when you replace it

Aye just about but only coz its shiny new heater wi new seals and stuff
