Heater O rings and thermostat done

Hi All, Just like to thank the forum posters for all the step by step guides for doing the heater o rings. Quite straight forward really and it took longer to do the themostat on the BMW diesel engine! I used a stanley knife to cut the heater trunking just above the heater pipe joint. Tried to get access via the HEVAC and radio but found this was impossible. Cheers Dean

I spent ages trying to do mine without cutting the vent but I just can't see how it's possible. Some people have managed it though!

I'm still paranoid that it's going to leak again but all good so far...
