Hi,

I did mine before christmas, I tried the way that welditup mentioned and it bent the soft aluminium pipes that go into the matrix, ended up taking the box out completly, all in all its a good weekends work. dont forget if you have air con that you will need to remove the aircon pipes in the engine bay where they connect through the bulk head.

hey guys just spent three hours taken centre console out and air ducts pipes welditup did u really take it out without taking dash out?? I have taken most of the nuts and screws out on passagers side now will do the drivers side. I can;t see where the pipes from the bulkhead into the heater it is on drivers side??

Taffy, if it's a 200 you've got then it's a dashboard out job. Had to be mine last month and it's an all day job. Good luck
