Heater Fans not working

Can anyone help or is there anyone near coventry who I can go for help. My Hevac and radio were not working so I took it all out and checked for power. Then from threads on here i checked the Cigarette lighter which had no power and put a 12v supply to it which got the HEVAC and radio working but the fans would not work as i rotated the dials. Anyone know of a quick fix for this.

fuse box under bonnet may be burnt out-take one relay out at a time and look for burn marks or smell of burning

Hi thanks for the reply. Already checked that and changed the fuse box over as the last one was slightly scorched and a bit burned. But still no air coming out even after putting 12v to the HEVAC unit. The unit will now display when over ridden with 12v but no air coming out when fans turned up.

do you have the book symbol on the the hevac dispaly?

Hi, Yes i do have the book symbol on but used to work before when the symbol was on. Now the only way i can see the display of the HEVAC or radio is putting a live 12v to the cig lighter and it comes on with the symbol but no blowers.
