Heater Fan Temperamental

Hi. Im a rookie to this forum. Looked through it but couldn't find anyone having this issue so there is the post.

Bought 2002 td4 Freelander. Fixed few common problems on it already but this one is bit odd. When car is cold, heater fan would not work on any speed or setting. After around 15-20 minutes of driving and warming it up a bit it starts working from no where. Works on every speed and setting but when come back next morning its same again.

Anyone came across this issue or got any ideas?

It's got to be a bad connection, either in the switch, wiring or the fan motor itself.

thermostat regulated? I mean what the point of the heater starting when it is cold. I'll check mine when I go out
