Heater cable routing - through the first hole in the bulkhead?

Through the hole behind the instrument cluster, right? The one with the blanking plate and grommets in it?

Here's a random photo of a bulkhead -

Im talking the oval hole just above and to the left of the steering column hole (the teardrop one) - is that right?

(and yes, ive looked on google photos etc)
