Heater blower no power

Hi all
Me D2 td5 heater blower not working have no power at blower.Blower is in working order .
I was told the earth was the problem but whitch one ?

Yellow ring has power
Red half ring has no power

Is it with aircon or without? also in that plug in the yellow circle do you have power whileit's connected or disconnected?

In the plug marked with yellow do you have feed while it's connected or unplugged?

both only showing 8 to 9 volts and no power to the blower. tried to use fag light to run the blower worked for all of 5 mins before blowing fuse

The usual problem is with the interior fusebox, get a piggyback fuse, put it instead fuse F7 and connect the wire from this setup instead of the brown/red wire in that plug marked with yellow in your pic and try then

sorry don't no what a piggyback fuse is, and where do I put it ? can you explain where the wires go to for power I am I bit thick when it comes to electrics

piggy back fuse: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Add-A-Ci...ade-Holder-ATP-ATM-12V-Car-Motor/172774210517 remove fuse F7 interior fusebox and put this instead , cut the brown/red wire at the white connector and connect this live instead, it's to bypass a possible wiring issue....you can try from another live just for test and if the blower works then the problem is within the fusebox
