G'day mates,
Yesterday evening me and Mr Diesel Do Esq. mucked about with my cooling system to see if we could correct the flow imbalance problem in my heater matrix. It seemed to work however we're not sure because my heater blower packed up and it is now WAFU.
It just makes a wizzing noise when you turn in on and very little air comes out of the vents. So it's either blocked or knackered. Either way it's coming out for inspection - is there any trick to getting it out? I assume it's a matter of taking the whole unit with the pollen filter out from the passenger footwell. If there's any snags it would be nice to know about 'em before I get started.
