heated seat switch

Hi all . My right heated seat switch on front panel has packed in . Is it possible to replace it with a left hand side switch ? They are cheaper to buy used for some reason. It’s 2006 facelift freestyle. I didn’t want to take my left hand side out and try in case I knackered something. I thought I’d ask first!

No you can't. The switches are handed.
