Hello all,

Tried my heated front screen the other day when it was raining and the inside misted up, anyway the light did not come on and the screen didn't either.

I have checked the fuses and all are intact. The service history shows it had a replacement switch at one point. Are they a particular weak spot and can they be changed without dismantling half the dash?

It's a face lift by the way.

The terminals can break off the rear window, with it going up and down on a reg basis, so you need to check that end as well, and check for power

Front screen. If you have a multimeter handy try and test the feed to the screen and returning to the switch. Like the rear tail gate the heating element could degraded over a period of time. Also recheck the switch as well to see if this still works.

Thank you for the replies, did a little more digging and found this...

Maybe would explain why it's not working, but now I need to find why this has happened...

Can't seem to add images from photobucket at the moment, but basically the relay has burnt out and partially melted the base part...

Sorted, had to go on properties of image in pb and copy the URL from there...?
