Thought I would give this a post in case someone else needs their headlining done (rather than DIY) popped over to Jason at Blackbrook Auto Trim in Taunton. What a cracking chap and a perfect job done. £230 and done in 1 hour complete with a cuppa.
I would highly recommend him if you are looking!

Shame he's not closer:(

I am considering pulling mine out, removing the lining and putting the board back in, painted or something? For £200+ I may as well go utilitarian for now

Get the £70 kit from Martrim and spend a lazy afternoon doing it properly. Very satisfying when all back together. Or find the bits separately like Dopey and you can do it for £40.

It’s finding the right adhesive is the problem, tried a few but it only lasts couple months. I think rip it out so I can get all the sponge off properly then go from there, £40-£70 is more appropriate il look into that

Getting all the old sponge off is key. Vacuum. Back and forth over the board until it is all off. That's the part that takes the time.
