Passenger side head lamp has a broken or loose connector, as you are driving it's on and off all the time (more off than on TBH) I have cleaned the 3 pin plug but I'm sure the problem is further back as just moving the wires will cause it to go off! or even shutting the bonnet will knock it off??

any ideas??

Just follow the wires back and also look at the earth point.
Did you ever look at putting the EAS software on to Android?

thanks Data, will let you know how I get on, as it's still the same

I've put it on the back burner, but will get around to it ;-)

You can buy the bulb plugs. it might be worth cutting yours off and fitting a new one to guarantee the connections.

Just had the same problem with mine, both sides on successive days spookily. The plug was sliding off the three terminals on the bulb. I twisted the terminals to a very slight angle and pushed back on. They've been fine since. 100W bulbs by the way, they've worked fine and haven't blown anything further back. The light's great even if my DHSE 'black snail' takes five minutes to reach the furthest point you can see in front of you!
