Headlight Issue

Hi all,

I've tried to search high and low for the answer but cant find it!
On dipped beam the passenger headlight is on normally but the drivers is on full beam. When i flash them the passenger one goes to full beam, if i pull the stick all the way to put full beam on permanently the passenger one goes to full and the drivers side goex to dipped.

I hope that makes sense.

Any help or guidance is much appreciated

Bulb incorrectly connected in the drivers side head lamp, so dip and high beam supply is reversed.
The flashing of headlamps is always high beam so with the passenger side there isn't a problem. Simples

Thanks Discool, i have looked at that but will double check. Any way to prove its yhe problem?

There's also the highly unlikely possibility of fitting the bulb up-side-down.

Don't say it can't be done, it's impossible.

My brother (don't ask) actually managed to install a Lucas 700 series sealed beam headlight in his Morris Minor upside down once. I had to sort that one for him and let me tell you it had me scratching me 'ead a bit too, especially when I tried to do it myself and couldn't. At least I had a bit of a clue, the word "TOP" was also upsidedown at the bottom.
