headlight beam adjustment 200 tdi

can anyone tell me how to adjust the headlights on my 200 tdi cos the beam points on the road about 20 foot in front of the car and needs to go a bit higher thanks

On the rearside of each headlight there are adjusters, do the job at night point to a wall and just wind them in until you have the correct setting.

It's better if you do it on dipped beam as you can see the edge of the light pattern easier.

There are two adjusters and you'll need to wind both to keep the beam centralised - winding just one will skew it to one side.
