headlamp wiper help

wonder if there's any advice on how to fix this

noticed last night that my headlamp wiper is sitting in the vertical position and not moving when i use them, only the driver side is working.

looked at the haynes manual but cant get an answer??

any ideas?

it was very cold and the car was pretty frozen up but its better today and still no joy!

Had the same prob. two months ago... the wiper has a small screw under the removable flap...that will allow you to remove the wiper completely (blade).then reposition it back on retighten the screw... mine had come off its spindle
