Hi all, seeking some advice, on my 1992 110 200tdi, headlamp side, dip all work normally but as soon as the full beam is on for a few minutes it blows the LH full -beam fuse. I upgraded the headlamps to clear ones with nitebreaker lamps after this fault and cleaned all connections and checked for obvious signs but no luck!

I'd be inclined to swop the bulbs over and see if its still the left that blows... just to eliminate the bulbs.. are the fuse connectors clean and did you clean all the earths??

cheers steve

Yes all sorted! Was a short in the loom between heater box area & headlight, just snip the wires up there & crimp in replacement wires, that's assuming yours is the same!

Thanks for the replies! Swapped bulbs over already but still does it :/ Going to try and change the relay later on and if still persists ill go for replacing the wires in the loom.
Many thanks ebbadger and camosteve! Much appreciated!
