Hi there I'm in the process of taking the head off my 2001 disco2. And was wondering if it needs a skim, what do I have to remove before I send it to be done?

Why would it need a skim?

depends why your taking it off? You dont HAVE to skim it.

My water system is over pressurising. I have done everything apart from check the head gasket. So while I've got the head off, and find its warped a bit. I'll have it skimmed.
