Head Gasket Keep or Sell?

hey my 99 land rover Disco 2's head gasket went today. She is in the Garage ready to be taken apart and machined down and fitted with new head gasket. Fingers crossed its just the Gasket and hasn't dropped a piston sleeve but i will know on Monday when the mechanic has opened her up. But anyway back to why im here.
Im just after advise from anyone who has had there head gasket replaced and if they had any more problems with there disco or if they would advise selling the car as soon as she is fixed?

You're obviously about to spend a lot of cash on it ... if you sell it you won't get that cash back! ... It owes you a good few thousand miles yet

$3000 bucks so im praying this will make her good again! i dont want to sell her but i just dont think i can afford to keep her if something major is likely to go wrong again!

Sell it and get a good 300 tdi. Too much electrickery on Disco 2's , you,ll always have yer hand in yer pocket.
