if yer tightening head bolts isnt it 15 lb then 90 deg on em all then 90 again on em all?

also when removing steel nuts from ally, if they are stubborn, boil the kettle and pour the water onto the ally, the ally will expand enough to crack the bolt!!!

not tried in on heads tho but i reckon its safer than flames. i have done it on the two front bolts on the plenum that hold the connector to the top hose, well on one of em as i had already killed the first one!! worked a treat and i only had to tap one hole instead of both!

things still to be put back on:

rocker covers
inlet manifold
injection loom
compressor
pas pump
air ram
plenum
MAF sensor
Air box
battery
lpg system
heaps of odd wires and pipes...

and the exhausts have dropped since I took the manifolds off so need to have another go at attaching them in the morning..
