Underneath I have two holes, for the bolts that hold the rear bumper on...

No I used to work for Tristar Virgin Atlantic and we all had range rovers and on the bumper we had crawly taxi plate that was screwed onto the back bumper

No not really, just if you have a bumper like that you know it used to be a Taxi, we used to use them for 3 months or 10k (mileage always came up first though) and we got a brand new one
