Has buildwas closed down.

Hi guys has buildwas closed down? Last time I was there the commitee were on there last event and the owner was going to start organising things from then on in. Haven't heard anymore since but really enjoyed my day there and would like to go back as its quite local to me. Cheers guys and gals

It's still active as far as I know, I get text messages to inform me of events, last time was 14th of jan for the Sunday that week, hope that helps

Is there a set weekend each month they run and is there a contact still available?

I had heard it was up for sale again now.

This is the history of the site I was told The woman (Something to do with shropshire road sweepers or pink skips) who lives nearby who bought the site a few years ago to stop the noise from motor Xers then used to have p&p days on it. She employed a guy to run it with basically no rules its at this point it got its bad reputation (i had a m8 who used to marshall there). Another chap then rented it from her to run P&P days and he tightened everything up but only went for a year and couldnt make any money from it so he walked away. It then went up for sale for almost 500,000 which is about 5 times more than the woman paid for it. The latest guy to be honest I thought charged to much and the sites not really been looked after. Hes obviously decided theres no money in it again and now I believe it is back up for sale. I did hear a traveller family were interested in it to turn into another caravan park (they own a few in the area).

Gutted if they do as I really enjoyed my day there. First and only time maybe?
