Guys, I have been looking for a while not for a way to create an aux-in socket for my p38 harman-kardon system to allow an iPod, laptop, dd-player or any other sound source to be used through the excelent sound system.
I have tried the fm-modulator and casset-tape type solutions and ditched them due to being bothersome to use, having wires draped about and sounding pretty poor.
I recently found an american forum that showed how to create an input by piggbacking on the cd-changer loom. The cable used was pretty simple but they said it cost $200 and you can only buy it in America. So i'm a bit stumped. It seems that with some pretty basic wiring you can do a neat and effective job. But I can't find anywhere in this country that shows how the wiring is set up or offers a pre-made cable-adapter solution.
Not quite sure what I'm asking fro here but does anyone have anything helpfull to contribute ?
