Hard-wire a sat nav

Have bought a TomTom for my FL2 and it sits nicely in the cubby hole on the dash. Problem is that the cable trails over the rest of the fascia to plug into the adapter.

Is there a way of having the wiring behind the dashboard so I don't have trailing cables? Ideally, I'd prefer not to use the adapter in the central console as well i.e. have all power cables and supplies completely hidden.

Is this an easy job or does it require a bit more knowledge? I know next to nothing. Where could I get this work done locally (Glasgow area)?
