Hard-top internal panel removal

Hi all,

Does anyone know how to remove the internal panels, side and roof, to the hard top for freelander td4?

I noticed one of the internal back pillars (next to trail window) was not aligned with the ceiling trim, so tired to align but only made it worse. I then tapped at the other pillar which was fine but then it popped out of alignment! Photos attached. Any help appreciated as always!
