Hard shake on break

Hi folks. I have a range rover p38 4.0 V8 SE 1996 Automatic. I have a seriouse problem when im in high speed and apply the brakes, the car make very hard shake all the car. What is that ???

Warped brake discs!
Generaly if the shake is through the steering its the front and if its felt through the car its the rear! but rangies have been known to decive
