First post. :) Be Gentle!

Bought a set of Halo H4 headlights to upgrade my standard headlights however these has a few extra wires that need to be wired in? What do I wire these into sidelights, dipped or main beam?
One is for two small LED'S that are at the to of the unit and the other is for a small blue bulb.
Any advice would be much appreciated and I did do a search before but couldn't find anything?

Thanks Arran

Halo H4's are NOT CE marked. Fitting them to your vehicle is illegal in the UK.

Just looked into the not E marked bit and it says there illegal on vehicles made after 1986 as mines a 1984 would they be ok to fit?

No. I don't know where you read they would be ok on any vehicle built before 1986, but non CE head lights are illegal on any vehicle. Aftermarket kits can be fitted as long as they are CE marked.

CE marking has nothing to do with the age of the vehicle. That is covered by C&U regs. CE marking is something entirely different. EU law states that any component, part, or accessory that is fitted to any road vehicle, and was manufactured after 1993, must be CE marked. The age of the vehicle is irrelevant, it is the age and fitting date of the component that matters. For example, if you replace the headlamp sealed unit on a series Land Rover, with a new one, the new sealed beam unit must be marked with the CE symbol even though the parts originally fitted may not have been.
