Halfords have regular offers on 4ltr cans of oil at various grades to suit.
Personally I buy the 5/30 Fully Synth. B5
Its £10-00, but works out at £8-00 with a trade card. (£2-00/ltr).
I think that's a pretty good deal.
If a 10/40 is your chosen oil, then they have that too. Lots of discussion about what to fit- and just comes down to personal choice.
