H.D.Torque Converter.

Once again, Sierraferry was spot on with his knowledge when he stated in an earlier thread that fitting the H.D. Converter was one of the best improvements that could be done on a TD5.
I had an Ashcroft one fitted yesterday at Maddison 4x4, an independent Landy specialist based near Thirsk in N.Yorkshire.
I picked her up this morning, and what a transformation it has made. It is a totally different motor.
I cant wait to see how it performs towing 3.5tonnes, which is my usual carrying weight. Thank's Dave for the advice, your a star!.

Still not done any towing yet, but on normal running it is showing at least 2mpg up on urban running. So well pleased on that score...... Will keep you updated.
