Went to do the rear disks and pads.. well let's say I couldn't take off the hub nuts.. (yes I tried to extract the flange bolt, but that also requires me to buy a new hub)... This is why you don't fit cheap bearings.. or what is left of the bearing!

Tomorrows task list;
- Pick up new parts
- Try nut extractor
- If nut extractor fails, weld a nut on.. and pray

Clean up all external surfaces with Gunk to remove any/all caked on crud and aged grease. Then soak everything with PlusGas for a good few days, spraying in every crevice daily. Then heat up with MapGas and crack off. If you haven't a good heat source buy these...they're invaluable.

I've got oxy acetylene that i'm heating it up, still no luck

Waiting on the nut removers to arrive, then if that fails, it's time for me to weld..

Nut can't even put a spanner or socket on now btw, it's that far gone

Try not to use screw extractors:

"I had a set of screw extractors
Tried one on a sheared stud
Screwed it in, of course it broke
They're made of Chinese crud.
To drill it out I tried in vain
It made my drills all blunt
So he who uses screw extractors
is a stupid, er, person"

I just bought a brand new hub for like £50. For the bolt that’s stuck I bought some Amazon bolt/nut remover sockets so far it’s come out 3/4 of the way…. Letting it soak before I go back out there and snap it off lol

Well the bottom one came out fine.. the top one.. well it snapped inside.. funny thing is i wasn't worried about the top one at all as it was already free.. any ideas for removal?
