Hi all! I'm on my third Landy as of 3 weeks ago. My first LR was a 1998 Disco followed by a 1997 NAS Defender 90. I have regretted the day that I sold my 90 and was more than pleased when my new to me ExMOD FFR 90 fell into my lap. It needs lots of work, hopefully mostly cosmetic. I have learned quite a bit by reading your forum so far and hope to become a contributor too.
Dave

Thanks cammo45. We are truly blessed with endless public land to off road, camp and shoot on.
Here are a few photos of past trips:

Hi Dave thanks for the pics, your old NAS Defender looked the real deal I can see why you have regretted selling it, great looking motor. You've got quite a bit of work to do on your ex MOD FFR 90 and I expect you'll be getting rid of that old diesel lump and dropping in a meaty V8 plus other mods. You'll have to post some pics when you get it finished. Cam.

Thanks guys! The top was made out of a spare soft top that I bought. A local upholstery shop fabricated it up into a half cab for me. The vehicle itself was the real deal. Go anywhere, pull anything and it had ice cold aircon which in AZ is a much needed accessory.
The new project will retain its 68hp diesel motor, no V8 swap is planned.

Slip a old buick v6 in there and have a screamer

The older I get the more nostalgic I get. It rolled out of the factory with a LR diesel and the only mod my soul would let me do is a LR Tdi at best. For now, slow is good. Here is my daily driver:
