H snifflebag, really sorry as my pad won't let me copy and paste 
Been told I'm needed at home this weekend as having major work done at home and my help is needed. Still it should all be finished in the next few weeks.
If everyone will have me I'm definitely up for the next localish dates, (sundays are always good)please, just be aware I'm a novice and want to start off gently, I have my freelander, but its not built for extreme off roading like those amazing defenders. Will give her a run for her money though, as long as I don't have to spend a fortune fixing her afterwards

Sorry to hear that. Look out for Noobie runs. All of the lanes we're doing have been done by me in a Freelander in the dim and distant past.

Hi all just found this. Theres a group of about 5-10 trucks we go greelaning every Friday night Alton/Basingstoke/petersfeield/bordon/ Hindhead all over south hants but we all centred Alton area. We meet up 8pm in Sainsburys Alton.
PM if anyone wants to join along. Most lanes do without body damage but do some challenging ones depending on what mood we in. Water lane, Wagner's wells, hawkley hangers or cockshot lane, south harting lanes all most challenging ones really. Is a good laugh let me know if anyone's interested. Cheers, Max

Thanks guys for a good day out, it was great to meet some new people.
So how many of you got to play the 'whats that new noise' game on their journeys home? or was it just me?
I've now got a lovely rhythmic drumming sound whilst braking from the offside front wheel coupled with a clonk from the same wheel when going round corners. I'm guessing based on very limited knowledge that it's going to be wheel bearing related.
Tomorrows washing of the landy is now postponed until further investigation of the wheel.
