Wokingham isn't too bad, be up for that. Next weekend?

Petersfield I've been to a couple but nothing special.

Up for some more local to Hindhead way laning, any evening/weekend (excpet this weekend when I'm down at the plains)

Moleshome are you available this Sunday to show us some of the Wokingham lanes?

I'm sort of at the mercy of a mate who's helping me lay a patio at the moment so I can't make any guarantees. If you have a look on the Wokingham.gov website they've got a link to the definitive map. Have a look off Bearwood road, Coombes lane and round that area. Don't bother with Sandy Lane, it dead ends even though the map shows it going all the way through.

Right gonna do pilgrims way this sunday coming, its about an hour or so from me but worth the trip so if you fancy it post on here and ill arrange a meeting place probably clackett services on the M25 bring some lunch too as nothing around there.

Doing the lanes around Surrey Hills tomorrow night, we had some rain and the dark evenings should make it fun. We will be meeting at Rykas Cafe near Box Hill at 18:00hrs if anyone fancies some dark laning.

Hiya Steve,

Yep count me in for Sunday matey, getting my cb sorted too this week so should be all good to go :)

Just let us know confirmed time and place.

Simon.

Had a fun evening doing the Surrey Hills in the dark tonight with The V8 Man. We've had some rain recently so there were a fair few puddles and the ground was certainly softer than my previous visits, though still nothing too challenging. Laning in the dark is fun and I recommend that you all try it at least once.

I bet it gets a bit spooky though if you stop in those woods ? Best thing to do would be to all get out, then nick someone's keys and drive off leaving them there alone in the dark :D

well we did stop and turn everything off to see just how dark it is and you really cant see your hand in front of your face, and very spooky with a cresent moon shining in the sky, i did this run in the dark for my 50th a couple of months ago there was nine vehicles, we stopped half way down for drinks and a barbie at around midnight was a great night, so yes i would reccommend everyone tries night laning at least once just dont get stuck lol

Sad to have missed it, where'd you go?

Back from the plains, some nice lanes, beign wet helped :D

Dipped my whole engine bay in thick mud and now it's coated, like everything is coated in mud. Any suggestions how to clean? Didn't wanna stick the jetwash in there really! Also no idea if it's possible to clean your (diesel) coil, as starting up takes a few more seconds than normal..any ideas?

Any more eve trips planned? Well up for Surrey Hills eve as I'm right in the middle of them working, so would be perfect to head out straight from work, any day.

if its a doozil. jetwash the alternator, then start the injun and jetwash the rest of the bay. only wash the rads with a hose tho, as the jetwash will remove all the fins.

Nice one, thanks, will get on that case!

Alternator was flicking the light on and off immediately after a deep one too, so sounds right to me!
