This weathers killing batteries. I've seen three people jump starting cars today. Then the wives battery went flat. It's giving out 11.5 volts so must have a dead cell. It's only 16 months old. Exide too so shouldn't have failed so soon.

I've planned up a route for Sat. Got a few new lanes to try to start then back onto the normal route.

Found a couple of lanes which need a bit of further investigation too. Not for this trip as the convoys too big but they're byways which turn into bridle ways half way down. Almost like dead end byways.

Guys i've just had a text from my electrician mate, due to do some work for me sat 2nd feb,now can't make then & says only saturday he has for 4 weeks is this sat !!!!!!!
As eager as i am to come and play,i regretfully have to stand down to get this much needed electrical work doing.
Sorry to be a let down but please keep us posted on future runs.

Sorry guys i have to pull out too as the mrs has been taken in to hospital, its nothing too serious looks like a gallstone or an ulcer so i need to be around, so my place is up for grabs, im gutted was so looking forward to it as its always a great days laning with you guys, so take care be careful but have a great day and take some vids if you can.

Simon can you bring your kettle? I'll supply teabags and milk. I left my flask at work. I'm gonna be frozen tomorrow with my non existent heater.

Hi all just got in from work and unfortunatly ive gotta work tomorrow too so im gonna have to drop out on this one to those that are going hope you all have a great day cheers. JED

Cheers guys, its a gallstone which is inflamed so shes on tablets until it goes down then back in a few weeks to have the gall bladder removed so it doesnt reoccur, so they are letting her out sat sometime, have a great day.
