how do i contact him/her them

there a row officer at the council, there a row officer with few clubs, theres the highways (better at response), theres the police if obstruction (if on purpose ,wait a while). Or can knock at door, quicker and often 9 out of 10 they are pleasent and move the vechicle.

Then theres our moaner with the usual rants about horses, dead ratterjack toads, petrol pouring down the lane, loose dogs, lost kids, broken carthorse wheels, broken pipes, temp TRO's, farmer cutting hedges, fallen trees, broken walls, rambler fallen awaiting ambulance (so we offered to collect them), that set her off again.

I was once in the council office in question on a monday morning, the phone rang and a young girl answered, "hold on a minute" she put her hand over the mouth piece and shouted "its the campaigner again" then put the phone on its side

About 20 minutes later, she went over, picked it up "sorry he's not in " and put it down, often wonder was it her.

You could be right but i've spoken to her and what i believe to be her son on a few occasions

Its not as if her house is affected by the lane, thers a wall and hedge along side, she objects to the whole lane been used.

Now there could be another motive she keeps a log and i've seen parts of it, time vechicle numbers etc, she could be trying to get the council to tarmac the lane, it becomes boring we go elsewhere then a very quiet lane.

On the other hand claim loads of "crimes" have been commited, show police logs and it becomes a incident "hot spot" it can be closed on a new bit of legal stuff to prevent crime. Know someone for years who has tryed toget a footpath shut, then used this and succeeded.

she must have problems nothing else better to do must be a bit gone in the head she will like kieth simply 4x4 hes just put alti badi on one of his new routes.

def mental problems seen a few people like this get quite upset over stuff.

used to do a bit of work with the CAB seen quite a few with specfic minor problems to most people yet with these indiviauls it becomes a major issue, runs in some familes. She has all the signs, aways trying different angles, i bet shes always on the phone to the council, bombards everyone with emails, writes to her MP, chief plod, the queen etc

Had one women who complained like mad to get a bus stop removed from outside her house, she would bombard everyone with letters, phone calls, emails, petitions the lot, in the end she attacked it, ended in court, fined, refused to pay, threated with prison, went for a day until her son bailed her out. LOL when it was discovered the bus company had given up the service months before, council removed the sign and all quiet for years, Then she started again, the street lamp the bus stop sign was attached to was too bright.
