Theres been a car blocking the bottom most sundays since xmas, called in the houses and no one claims to know whos it is.

Up there myself this sunday someone called late thursday and made a defenite "booking" would have worked over that way, but on the top of the wayfarer a disco lost its radiator so spent all day on lanes with access to water. In wales thats quite easy, used about 30 litres, did not spoil the day and all got home ok

Who do you mean by the right of way warden council, plods or hobby bobbies.

Couple of years ago several of us went round to see various moaners who were continuing to harrase us while laning. Some were ok as they explained many groups were not on the correct row, some wanted us to deveate from the row with their permission to avoid damage.

And some just did not like us or anyone for that matter, could not understand anyone who buys a property on a known row ie a lane or a tarmac ucr then complains about those who use it.

One moaner produces a log of all the vechicles which used a lane, in a year hardy covered a sheet of A4, about 20 per year, now its a RB , went to see them recently (on foot), now moaning might lose house value as no legal row
