Green Laning?

Ok... for a colonial, I can only guess that green laning is running along the divides between the fields, the old rights of way, but please someone correct me if I am wrong. It sounds like an excellent way to spend a day or three. I would appreciate any pics of you guys up to your gunn'els in trouble and mud.

Out here, they dont have "green" lanes, but I have devised an equivalent that I have nick named "creek bedding". This involves travelling along dry creek beds.

We were out looking for an abandoned well and I assumed it would be close to the old creek, and below is a pic of the birth of Creek Bedding. More to follow next week. (we didnt find the well last trip out, but will continue to look)

Hey Outback,

Your disco is looking 5X5 - did you do the snorkel thing to it yet? This would allow creek bedding while there was water still in the creek (check out Safari Snorkels online ads - some mad fellah from OZ is actually using his 4X4 as a boat - because he has a snorkel)!
