Green lanes in hertfordshire

Hi all,

Am planning on doing some lanes in the hertfordshire, cambridgeshire area does any one have any good ones for me to try.

would be gratefull of any lanes you guys know,

ok so does anyone no of any green lanes in the nearby areas then, say within an hours drive.

depends where you live, the other day i went a quick 3 hour trip with a m8 around a small sellection of herts lanes, i think we did 14 lanes. We tend to stay away from the fords, as i run a V8 and its not keen on water!

Live around the Hertford area but dont mind traveling anywhere in the county, but water is not realy my thing either lol. So where abouts were the lanes you drove and what did you think of them. cheers

hi i live in hemel hempstead and am also interested in lanes in the area, theres one lane i no of just off the a5 near markyate about 1mile long but thats it, im also new to greenlaneing got a disco 1 for a good price a few months ago then looked into useing it for what it was made for.

Glenn's post was from 2007 mate, he's up there with the rest of us on Herts Lanes now.

Jamie, We know them all. we'll take you out whenever we're going out, no problem. Mostly weekends and the odd evening, plus we meet at a Herts Pub first Wed in every month.

Jamie there are a couple of really nice ones near you. % minutes outside Chesham there's a great lane that runs up the side of an Ostrich farm. Its funny to watch them trying to chase the motor as you drive up it!

Another one or two small ones in Ashridge too.

Would love to show you but the Disco is mechanically embarassed at the moment!
